Questions founders ask
No. There is no government fee for the Certificate of Recognition or the Certificate of Eligibility. Any amount you pay us is a professional fee for preparation, verification and advisory work. We state this plainly because a lot of firms do not.
It is a Registration and Document Verification Fee. It covers eligibility assessment against the 2026 framework, verification of your incorporation and statutory documents, preparation of your application file, and assignment of a case manager. It is adjusted in full against the professional fee for the first service you avail within 90 days.
DPIIT requires the application to be filed by the startup itself using its own details, mobile number and email. We prepare the complete file, draft the innovation narrative, verify every document and walk you through submission. You submit under your own credentials, which is also what keeps your application safe from procedural rejection.
Almost never because the applicant was ineligible. They fail on the innovation description, which founders tend to write like a company brochure rather than an argument for novelty and scalability. Getting that section right is the bulk of the work.
Typically 7 to 14 working days once submitted, assuming no queries are raised. If DPIIT raises a query we handle the response.
Yes. Central schemes are the same nationwide. We work with founders across South India and will map the equivalent state schemes wherever you are registered.
Important. BharathInCorp is an independent professional services firm. We are not an agent, franchise or authorised representative of DPIIT, the Startup India initiative, or any government department. DPIIT requires applications to be filed by the startup itself using its own details, mobile number and email. We prepare your file and guide you through submission under your own credentials. Approval of any government application rests solely with the concerned authority. No consultant can guarantee an outcome.
