Recognised startups pay a fraction of standard filing fees and get their patent applications moved up the examination queue instead of waiting years. The Central Government also bears the facilitator fees for any number of patents, trademarks or designs you file, so you pay only the statutory fees.
The rebate is automatic once you are recognised. What is not automatic is a specification drafted well enough to survive examination. That is where the money actually goes.
This benefit is only available to recognised startups. If you do not hold recognition yet we handle both in sequence, and you pay the verification fee only once. See DPIIT Recognition โ
The facilitator fees are borne entirely by the Central Government for any number of applications. You pay the statutory fees, which are themselves rebated substantially, plus our professional fee.
Startup applications are moved ahead in the queue rather than processed in filing order. In practice this cuts years off the wait, though the exact timeline depends on the patent office workload.
